Order Processing Time
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Custom Orders: For any custom or made-to-order sandals, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer various shipping options to get your sandals to you as quickly as possible. Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location and external factors like weather or carrier delays.

Delivery within 3-5 business days (usually within the UK mainland). -
Next Day Delivery – £7.99
Order by 2:00 PM for next business day delivery, excluding weekends and public holidays. -
Free Shipping on Orders Over £50
For orders over £50, we offer free standard delivery within the UK.
Please note: Free shipping does not apply to expedited or international orders.
Where We Ship
We currently offer shipping within the United Kingdom and internationally.
- United Kingdom: We ship to all UK mainland addresses, including Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales.
- International: We offer international shipping to select countries. Please check the shipping options at checkout for availability and rates.
International Shipping
We are happy to offer international delivery to several countries. International shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location.
- Europe: From £9.99 with an estimated delivery time of 5-10 business days.
- Rest of the World: From £15.99 with an estimated delivery time of 7-14 business days.
Please be aware that customs duties and import taxes may be applied upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the progress of your shipment using the link provided or directly on the carrier’s website.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or missing packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If there are any issues with the address, please contact us immediately to update it before the order is processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure it is safely retrieved. If your order is lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund lost or stolen parcels once they have been delivered.
